1. Introduction

• BuySilverMalaysia.com ("BSM") is the entity providing the BuySilverMalaysia Storage Program ("BSP").
• Silver and Gold Bullion is specific, sealed and uniquely identified in tamper proof bags referred to as "parcel"
• The BuySilverMalaysia Storage Program, referred to as "BSP", is a program that allows you to purchase precious metals from BuySilverMalaysia.com and have them stored on a segregated and allocated basis (i.e. where you have title to specific coins/bars) in highly secure storage facilities.

2. Opening a BSP Account

• To open a BuySilverMalaysia Storage Program (BSP) account, call +603-8080 9388 or emailing admin@bsm.my to inquire about the BuySilverMalaysia Storage Program (BSP).
• Submit the following documents:
  
  • A photocopy of the front and back of your Malaysian IC (MyKad) or passport for identification purposes.
• There is no minimum purchase required to join BSP. Customers can start with as little as 1 oz of precious metals; however, a minimum fee applies.

3. Storage

• Precious metals held in the BuySilverMalaysia Storage Program (BSP) are stored in highly secure facilities located in Malaysia. All gold and silver in your account remain your property at all times. BSM ensures that your gold and silver are specifically identified (allocated) and physically separated (segregated) from any holdings belonging to other individuals, entities, or BSM itself.
• Your gold and silver are stored in formally recognized bullion storage facilities, managed by specialist vault operators who are leading providers of precious metal vault services and secure transportation.
• Only gold and silver purchased from BuySilverMalaysia.com (BSM) are eligible for storage in BSP, unless expressly approved by BSM.
• Your gold and silver stored with BSP are fully insured at no additional cost.
• While we provide necessary measures to prevent tarnishing of silver, we do not guarantee against it.
• For security purposes, BSM does not allow visits to storage facilities to view BSP account holdings. However, we can arrange for a viewing of your holdings at our office for a fee. The first viewing is complimentary if reqeusted within the first 30 days of opening your BSP account.
• Customers can access their detail information in BSP account by logging into their user account on BuySilverMalaysia.com (BSM). This includes viewing the parcels and quantities stored in BSP.
• Kindly contact us in advanced as there is limited storage space for this service.

4. Fee Structure

• Fee structure
  The fee structure for the BuySilverMalaysia Storage Program (BSP) is as follows:

• Default Standard Fee
  • An administration fee of RM 30.00 (one-time fee) is charged for the first storage program with BSM. Subsequent storage programs will not incur this fee.
  • Customer can request to view the parcel for free for the first time and within 30 days from BSP account opening. Subsequent viewing or viewing after 30 days from BSP account opening, will be charged RM 50 per viewing.
  • There is a minimum storage fee of RM 200.00 per parcel. If the calculated storage fee for a specified period is less than RM 200.00, the minimum fee will apply.

• Supplementary Fee
  • Viewing fees: Customers can request to physically view their parcels for free once within 30 days of opening their BSP account. Subsequent viewings or viewings requested after 30 days will incur a RM 50.00 fee per viewing.
• Policy on Fee Revisions
  • BSM reserves the right to revise the pricing structure without prior notification.

5. Parcel Identification

• Customers can access to their BSP account by logging into their user account on BuySilverMalaysia.com (BSM). The BSP account includes a detailed description of each parcel they own, along with a parcel photo clearly showing the parcel’s seal number, contents, and weight.
• Each parcel has a unique identification, and its details are clearly stated in your BSP account. Customers have the option to download and print a hardcopy for personal reference and safekeeping.
• Customers can request to physically view their parcels for free once within 30 days of opening their BSP account. Subsequent viewings or viewings requested after 30 days will incur a RM 50.00 fee per viewing.
• All physical viewings will be conducted at the BSM office during office hours only. Customers are required to provide at least 3 days’ notice by submitting the BSP Viewing Application Form.

6. Renewal

• Customers will receive sufficient notice before the end of their BSP contract period. At that time, customers may choose to either terminate the contract or renew it using their most recent contact information.
• If no response is received from the customer after the BSP contract period expires, the parcel will be removed from the BSP service. Customers will then have 30 days to claim their parcel. After this period, the parcel’s contents will be liquidated at the prevailing market price. Proceeds from the liquidation will first be used to settle any outstanding amounts owed to BSM, with any remaining balance donated to charity organizations at BSM’s discretion.

7. Withdrawal

• Customers may withdraw their parcels at any time, provided that they give at least 3 days’ notice.
• To withdraw or terminate your BSP account, complete the BSP Withdrawal Form and send it to us. We will respond within 1 working day, and customers can expect to receive the withdrawn parcel within 5 working days.
• Once your BSP Withdrawal Form is received, we will call you to confirm your withdrawal instructions.
• The BSP contract will be terminated once the parcel is withdrawn.
• On the stipulated withdrawal date, BSM will dispatch your silver and gold to you or release them to your designated carrier if you have opted for your own transportation arrangement.
• You will be required to sign and acknowledge a written receipt for the silver and gold delivered to you.
• Silver and gold products cannot be re-deposited into your BSP account once withdrawn.
