FPX (Financial Process Exchange) is Malaysia's national online payment gateway that enables you to make secure, real-time payments directly from your bank account. This convenient method eliminates the need to manually enter banking details or send payment receipts.

FPX supports all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, AmBank, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat, UOB, OCBC, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, and many more.
Payment Process:
- Select "FPX Online Banking" at checkout
- Choose your bank from the list
- You will be redirected to your bank's secure login page when you make payment from your order
- Authorize the payment using your bank's authentication method (TAC/SMS OTP/Secure2u)
- Upon successful payment, you'll be redirected back to BSM.my with instant confirmation
Important Notes:

Please ensure FPX daily limit is sufficient to fulfill your purchase value before initiating the order
Note: If insufficient, please adjust at your bank's setting and this may trigger 12 hours cooling off period by Bank.
- Complete the payment within 30 minutes of placing your order, or your reservation will be cancelled
- Do not close the browser window during the payment process
- Failed or cancelled transactions will automatically release your order for price adjustment
- FPX transactions are subject to your bank's daily transaction limits

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, we will reserve your item for 30 minutes. If payment is not received within the time frame given, we reserve the right to cancel your order, or provide a new quotation based on the latest spot price.
Please use DuitNow/Instant Bank Transfer instead of Interbank GIRO transfer to ensure the timing policy is met.

We may request proof of payment (bank-in slip, screen capture) if necessary. Please safeguard and keep the payment receipt for references.
Note: All banks imposed 12-hour cooling off period for new payee and changing daily transfer limit.

At the moment, we do not have the facility to service walk-in customer.
We using third party carriers to deliver our orders. With that, we are unable to receive your payment upon delivery.
While we strive to provide the best possible service for our customers, we will not tolerate any misuse on our payment facility. We will have no choice but to suspend any accounts we find misusing our facility.
